Job Summary

To contribute to the maintenance and development of the Occupational Therapy department for service users in a complex care rehabilitation setting. The Occupational Therapist will provide assessment and treatment under supervision, manage a caseload with a focus on occupational performance, deliver individual and group interventions, and implement evidence‑based practice aligned to personalised care plans. The role includes risk management, educational support for staff and patients, documentation, continuous professional development and leadership of junior staff.
