Apply now Barnet are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join a well-structured and dynamic Front Door team. The client offers a full-time contract with an opportunity to work from home, a fair and manageable caseload and further training in your portfolio. The vacancy will be for an initial 3 - 6 months with potential for extension.

Main Duties for the Front Door Occupational Therapist includes;
Conduct holistic occupational therapy assessments for adults presenting with new or changing care needs at the Front Door.
Develop and implement person-centered intervention plans to support independence in daily living activities.
Provide advice and recommendations on equipment, adaptations, and community resources to enable individuals to live safely at home.
