Join Side by Side Therapy in delivering personalized occupational therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. As an independent contractor, you will provide home-based interventions tailored to each child's needs.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism and their families. Your role includes assessing needs, designing evidence-based treatment plans, and engaging with clients and caregivers to achieve client-centered goals. You will also be evaluating the effectiveness of interventions and helping families navigate their child's behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments in home settings using standardized tools
• Design individualized treatment plans based on best practices
• Engage clients and families in coaching sessions
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adapt goals
• Implement SMART goals for assessments and interventions
