What you’ll do

• Deliver a high‑quality, efficient Occupational Therapy service in clients’ homes and community settings.
• Provide specialist OT advice, assessment, and intervention to maximise functional ability and quality of life.
• Support reablement by enabling early, safe discharge from hospital and preventing unnecessary care placements.
• Work closely with Social Workers, health professionals, carers, and families to coordinate care.
• Act as an advanced practitioner within OT and across Tricuro’s services, offering expertise in postural seating, positioning, complex moving and handling, cognition...
