Spurwink is hiring a hard-working candidate like you to become the Occupational Therapist Assistant at their facility in Portland. This position provides direct services to support a recovery lifestyle of people living in the program. The COTA provides occupational therapy services to clients under the direction and supervision of a registered occupational therapist. These services include contribution to and participation in assessment, intervention, and documentation .

DUTIES:


+ Participate in evaluation and assessment using standardized measures, formal and informal tests and checklists, as appropriate.

+ Implement therapeutic procedures for which the COTA is qualified, as designated by the supervising occupational therapist.

+ Help collect data for Individualized Educational Plans or Individualized Treatment Plans.
