Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical and mental abilities and their needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving daily living and work skills.
- Teach patients how to use adaptive tools and techniques to perform everyday tasks.
- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Educate family members and caregivers on how to support the patient's progress at home.
- Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare team members.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and reports.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (Master's preferred).
- State licensure or registration as required.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
