Occupational Medicine Physician

Client seeks Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for June 29 & 30 and July 1, 2, & 6 at their onsite Corporate Health clinic in Columbia, PA. Provider will see employees for Occupational Medicine injuries and issues and pre-employment and return to work physicals. Clinic services include vaccines & lab administration, drug screens and breath alcohol testing, lift testing, hearing conservation program, pulmonary function testing, respiratory fit testing, & work injury/exposure care. Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Staffing also includes 2 Medical Assistants, 1 2nd shift LPN, 1 3rd shift LPN/EMT, and 1 part-time Physical Therapist. Provider must be Board Certified and have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty, including Occupational Medicine experience to qualify for this assignment. Provider must also be able to see ages 2+ including recent Family Practice experience. This clinic uses Cority EMR system.
