This role is a 15‑month FTC. We’re looking for an Occupational Health & Wellbeing Manager to develop and deliver our Occupational Health provision across the UK and Ireland. You’ll partner with providers, improve processes, support complex cases, and guide HR teams. You’ll use data to spot trends, inspire change, and help build a more proactive, inclusive approach to wellbeing – including reasonable adjustments and neurodiversity support.
