**Occupancy Planning & Space Strategy**
The Occupancy Planning & Space Strategy role is responsible for space and occupancy analysis and the creation of space and occupancy strategies for real estate efforts, small and large-scale, within TIAA's over 3 million square foot portfolio. The plans developed by this role ensure that TIAA's physical environments align with TIAA's overall space strategy and drive associate productivity and job satisfaction and thereby maximize associate experience and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**

+ Creates supply/demand analyses and provides stack planning and alignment strategies reflective of the needs of the individual lines of business for renovations, consolidations, and improvements for general space efficiency. Includes coordinating with Construction and Facilities to develop detailed move sequencing plans.
