Job Summary

Infosys is looking for a highly experienced Lead o9 Supply Planning Consultant to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario.

Location & Travel

Candidate must be within commuting distance of Mississauga or willing to relocate. Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure o9 Solutions to meet business requirements.
• Customize planning configurations and workflows to optimize performance.
• Design and optimize workflows and user‑friendly interfaces, including action buttons.
• Tune solver performance for faster processing.
• Develop comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
• Refine user stories and support Client Success teams in resolving production issues.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to o9 Solutions.
