Key Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops to document design, leveraging RefModel‑driven best practices for design and for non‑standard areas, evaluating contextual designing, and map the requirements to RefModel with the o9 PMM/Product teams to design new workflows that adhere to o9 functionality.
• Develop a comprehensive technical blueprint outlining the architecture of the o9 planning solution, including software, hardware, and network components.
• Work with o9 DevOps and the Technical Architect to establish the tenant landscape and integration design.
