O9 IBP Consultant

Infosys is seeking a highly experienced Lead O9 – IBP, Assortment planning Consultant with a strong background in supply chain solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure planning, workflow modeling, UI design, action buttons, procedures, solver performance tuning, and report design.
• Refine user stories and support Client Success teams in resolving complex production issues.
• Manage and lead a team of o9 Configuration Consultants.
• Maintain efficient, user‑friendly interfaces and optimize system performance.
• Work extended periods at a computer and communicate via telephone, email or face‑to‑face.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years overall experience in supply chain solutions.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with o9 Solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
