**Introduction**

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily service delivery of the Finance and Procurement Centers (FPC) to the client, ensuring full adherence to processes, SLAs, and KPIs. It also involves proactively identifying and resolving delivery issues, managing escalations, and maintaining smooth operational performance.
