We are looking to strengthen our FLNG Operation department with an experienced and team-oriented Maintenance Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join our highly skilled Asset team in an ambitious and growing FLNG company.
**Key tasks and responsibilities**:
- Work closely with the Technical support functions to define technical standards for safe and efficient maintenance, repair scopes on the FLNG and to ensure compliance with Class and Flag
- Support the FLNG offshore team with follow up of maintenance and asset integrity.
- Plan shutdown, campaign maintenance activities, major repairs and overhauls.
- Ensure spare parts and consumables stocks are kept in accordance with operational requirements.
- Responsibility for the annual Repair & Maintenance (R&M) budget.
- Monitor, record and report repair & maintenance parameters according to agreed performance indicators.
- Proactively analyse technical standard in a life-cycle perspective
