Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced R&D Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong experimental background, a proven ability to find innovative solutions to complex problems, and keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute R&D projects focused on medium voltage accessories.
Carry out product development projects at different stages (feasibility studies, cost assessment, product design, prototypes, tests, official qualifications).
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, and other R&D functions) to develop projects and activities to ensure milestones are met.
Support the growth of the R&D team and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
