NVA Hospital Veterinary Extern

Experience hands-on clinical training at NVA hospitals as a veterinary extern. This opportunity fosters essential skills in patient management and teamwork in a supportive environment.
Veterinary students will gain firsthand knowledge of practice operations during their externship. Under the mentorship of Associate Veterinarians, students will gather patient histories, perform physical exams, and partake in diagnostics and surgical procedures. The externship lasts from two to eight weeks, accommodating student availability and hospital needs.
