This Clinical Coordinator RN (Nursing Supervisor), part-time role offers a structured, predictable 4-week rotating schedule designed to support high-quality clinical oversight while promoting work-life balance and consistency for experienced nursing professionals.
The rotation is intentionally designed to ensure strong leadership presence across all shifts, with a balanced mix of evening and overnight coverage to support seamless clinical operations.
Within each 4-week cycle, the schedule includes:

+ Predominantly evening leadership shifts: 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. (8-hour shifts)

+ Strategically placed overnight clinical leadership shifts: 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. (12-hour shifts)
