Nursing Supervisor

• Assign patients to staff as per patient care needs and available staffing.
• Ensures that staffs carry out required nursing care timely as per physician’s orders including medication, procedures and diagnostic tests.
• Visits patients in assigned units daily to review condition and to assess nursing care and obtain feedback and address any problem or issues identified/conveyed
• Update Nursing Management regarding nursing/patient care issues in assigned units.
• Ensure good working relationship with staff and motive for quality nursing care ensure staff discipline in assigned units.
• Facilitate implementation of EMR in assigned units ensuring effective utilization by self and team members.
• Any other assignment as given by HOD Nursing or Controller Nursing Administration or the Medical Director.
