Job Summary The Nursing Superintendent will be responsible for establishing, leading, and managing all nursing services for a newly commissioned 250-bedded multispecialty hospital. The role involves nursing manpower planning, recruitment, training, quality management, NABH compliance, patient care excellence, policy implementation, and overall operational efficiency of the nursing department. Key Responsibilities Hospital & Nursing Setup Lead the complete nursing setup for a new 250-bedded multispecialty hospital. Develop nursing department structure, staffing models, and operational workflows. Establish nursing policies, protocols, SOPs, and patient care standards. Coordinate with hospital administration during commissioning and operationalization phases. Ensure readiness of wards, ICUs, OTs, Emergency, Cath Lab, and specialty units.
