Nursing Services Manager

Key Performance Areas: (include but are not limited to)

• Ensure that you provide safe, cost effective quality patient care in line with the clinical governance strategy of hospital and evidence based practice
• Evaluate nursing quality indicators and clinical outcomes
• Promote health and wellbeing of patients and employees
• Ensure the principles of infection prevention and all international standard precautions are adhered to
• Implement group quality initiatives
• Promote customer satisfaction within the hospital (CRM), address customer complaints, conduct quality care rounds and clinical practice audits to monitor care levels and report accordingly
• Ensure 100 % reporting of all incidents and alerts
• Investigate and Report all incidents as per Hospital policy
