Every day, our Nursing Professional Development Specialist supports our Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Step down and Med/Surg teams at Mease Countryside Hospital. This role plays a critical part in developing, supporting, and advancing the clinical practice of our ICU nurses through education, coaching, and evidence-based practice.

Position details:

• Location: St. Anthony's Hospital – Neuro ICU, Neuro Step Down and Med/Surg – St. Petersburg, Florida
• Status: Full Time - Exempt from Overtime
• Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM - can vary
• Occasional weekend requirement
• On Call: No
• Always in person
