Job Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and standardize nursing policies, procedures, and clinical practice guidelines to ensure compliance with professional, regulatory, and accreditation standards across all hospital units.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care delivery through regular audits, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service excellence.
• Analyze operational challenges, identify improvement opportunities, and implement strategic initiatives to strengthen nursing services, professional practice, and workforce competencies.
