Nursery Person – Plant Health
 
Qualifications:

+ High school diploma plus two-year certificate in horticulture or related field required.

+ Minnesota Pesticide Applicator license required after hire. Knowledge of pest control, soil science, and horticultural production practices required.

+ Knowledge of equipment and vehicle maintenance procedures preferred.

+ Must have a valid Class D Minnesota driver’s license or equivalent out-state license.

+ Certificate in training in CPR and First Aid a plus. Must be accepted as insurable with Bachman’s Insurance carrier considering a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and Bachman’s Safe Driver Standards.

+ Conversational Spanish speaking ability preferred.  MNLA Nursery Professional Certification preferred.
