Our warm and welcoming village school nursery is seeking a strong, dynamic, and inspiring Nursery Manager to lead our early years provision. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic professional who is passionate about giving young children the very best start in life.

About the Role

As our Nursery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning environment, supporting staff, and ensuring the highest standards of care and education. You will lead a small, dedicated team and work closely with the school leadership to maintain our nurturing, community-focused ethos. You will be in ratio, working directly with your team and the children, for the majority of your days with dedicated time given once a week for planning and preparation.
