Nursery Manager

About our Clients Based North of Southampton City Centre, our clients lovely 100 plus place setting are seeking a very experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to join the team in leading the day to day running of the setting. You will need to have experience of large settings, passionate about leading and supporting your team and with them striving for the delivery of outstanding Early Years practice throughout the Nursery.
Based on a 40 hr week, salary is c£50k depending on experience, with great benefits being offered by this dedicated Provider.​

Requirements

What are Clients are looking for Essential for the Nursery Manager Role
Level 3 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
Minimum 4 years’ experience in early years, including 2 years’ in a management or team-leading role
