Nursery manager

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager to oversee the production and management of their nursery operations. This role entails the supply, propagation and management of all soft fruit plants. Responsibilities Management of nursery operations, including propagation process and meeting daily targets. Monitoring and maintaining optimal growing conditions, irrigation and husbandry. Provide training and oversight to supervisors in nursery regarding job specification. Implement and oversee the integration of new technologies to enhance productivity. Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of plants to customers. Monitoring budget and resource allocation for nursery activities. Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and safety standards.
