Nursery Manager at Lime Grove Day Nursery, Hemel Hempstead. Permanent position, 37.5 hours per week, all year round. Flexible working – choose a 4 or 5 day week. Shifts between 07:00 and 18:30, Monday‑Friday. Salary £42,178.50 – £55,419 per annum (pro rata) plus discretionary bonus.

This role involves shaping a nursery, inspiring the team, and delivering exceptional early years education. As nursery manager you’ll lead with confidence, ensure high standards of care, comply with EYFS, and safeguard children.
