Nurse Unit Manager - Randstad

The Role

We are seeking a strong clinical leader for our Aged Care wing. This is a Full-Time ANUM Year 2 position designed for a nurse who is passionate about geriatric care, acute care, and excels in a Person in Charge capacity.

Please Note the Roster: You will provide vital leadership coverage outside of the NUM’s standard hours (Mon-Fri, 0700–1530). This requires a flexible approach to afternoon and weekend shifts.

Mandatory Requirements (Please Read Carefully)

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Leadership: Proven experience as an ANUM or In-Charge specifically within the Australian healthcare sector.

• Regional Relocation: This role is located in Regional Victoria. It is not commutable from Melbourne. You must be willing to relocate and reside within the local community.
