The role:

As part of NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde and provided within Renfrewshire Learning Disability family of services is a joint health and social carespecialist team for adults with learning disabilities.

The post holder will work alongside the wider learning disability nursing and MDT that contributes to the priorities within this service to develop and maintain partnerships between Specialist Learning Disability In-Patient Services, NHS Acute Care, GP Practices and voluntary agencies to support people to facilitate access to appro...
