Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the Nurse Supervisor is responsible for the overall daily supervision and coordination of Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) within the outpatient clinic setting. The Nurse Supervisor maintains a professional standard of practice and leadership and supports a team-based approach to health care delivery to ensure departmental effectiveness, operational efficiency, and achievement of departmental goals. The Nurse Supervisor oversees day-to-day nursing operations including staffing coordination, clinic workflow, and nursing task assignments.
