As a NSWOC with ParaMed, you will provide expert assessment and management of wound care while collaborating with healthcare teams and patients alike. This position allows you to offer both direct care and consultative support, helping elevate the quality of nursing practice across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct care for wound and ostomy management
• Educate nursing staff and patients about best practices
• Offer consultation and support for nursing teams
• Engage in leadership initiatives related to wound care
• Maintain collaboration with healthcare partners and stakeholders
Requirements:
• 2 years of RN experience in relevant settings
• IIWCC or NSWOC certification required
• CAET registration is preferred
