Description
Responsible for nursing functions, providing patient care, and performing limited medical obstetrical ultrasounds at Prestonwood Pregnancy Center – Richardson (PPC). Responsibilities:
- Work with clinic staff and volunteers to coordinate patient flow
- Perform limited medical screening and pregnancy tests
- Perform limited obstetrical ultrasounds in accordance with delegated orders
- Complete initial patient assessments
- Assist with patient/family education and instruct patients as directed
- Maintain patient documentation according to clinic protocol
- Document and report test results
- Assist with follow up of patient's medical conditions and test results
- Collect and run lab tests
