**Location:** Caldwell Health Plaza

**Status:** Full Time

**Schedule:** Ortho Urgent Care work primarily Monday-Friday, hours Mid-day to early evenings. Occasional weekend shift to coincide with area tournaments etc.

**Call:** 1:5 after hours clinic call rotation including weekends.
