Nurse Practitioner

Position Summary

Northern Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join the team at the Terrace Health Unit. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to provide longitudinal primary care to patients of all ages in a supportive, community‑based setting. The NP will attach a patient panel and is eligible for financial incentives through the Provincial Attachment System via NPBC.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide longitudinal primary care to a diverse patient population across the lifespan.
• Attach patients per the Provincial Attachment System (NNPBC).
• Use Electronic Medical Record (EMR) for documentation and clinical workflows.
• Collaborate with public health staff and other team members to support patient care.
• Participate in team‑based care and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
