**Position Overview:**
The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will provide care and monitoring of patients with the functional guidance Psychiatric Consult and Liaison Physician. This care includes working closely in formulating the treatment plan and follow up of medication management for patients.

**EDUCATION**
_Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma._
+ HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience
+ Bachelor's: Of Science in Nursing required
+ Master's: of Science or Master’s Degree in Nursing required within one year of hire.
+ Post Masters Nurse Practitioner Certificate-Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner required within three years of hire.
