Job Description

Work Schedule: 
100% FTE, Days. 12-hour shifts Sunday through Saturday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Rotating holidays and 1:4 weekend rotation. You will work at the University Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to:
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team to provide comprehensive care to patients with advanced pulmonary disease in an inpatient setting. 
Care for patients with Cystic Fibrosis, Pulmonary Hypertension, and pre- and post-lung transplant. 
Conduct comprehensive health history and physical assessment of patients with acute and chronic conditions affecting the respiratory system. 
Participate in daily rounding and collaborate with attending or consulting team to adjust plants of care.
