We deliver employer-based primary care focused on whole-person health, not occupational medicine. This full-time role is based on-site at A.O. Smith in Ashland City, TN, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule. You will provide comprehensive primary care, build ongoing patient relationships, and partner with the onsite occupational health nurses by offering clinical support and oversight.

Ideal for a confident, independent NP or PA who values continuity, collaboration, and high-quality, patient-centered care.
