Sutter Medical Group (SMG) seeks to hire a supplemental (part time) Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their dynamic Walk-In Care team in Vacaville, CA
Key Responsibilities
- Independently evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with minor acute illnesses and injuries, following established clinical protocols.
- Provide preventive health services such as immunizations (including flu and COVID-19) and wellness screenings.
- Conduct sport and camp physicals.
- Perform diagnostic exams and manage treatment plans for conditions such as colds, sinus or ear infections, UTIs (12+ female), sprains, rashes, poison oak, insect bites, eczema, and acne.
- Educate patients on self-care and when escalation of care is needed.
