Nurse Practitioner

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our team. We specialise in primary care for residents in aged care. You will work autonomously and collaboratively to provide high‑quality, resident‑centred care. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys clinical variety, values strong relationships with residents, whanau and staff and wants to make a meaningful impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of residents in aged care facilities.
• Prescribe medications and order/interpret diagnostic investigations within NP scope.
• Lead and contribute to clinical decision‑making in partnership with the wider healthcare team.
