Job Description
The Interventional Cardiology Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) utilizes a patient-centered coordinated care model, demonstrating competencies in leadership, direct clinical practice, consultation/collaboration, coaching/guiding, research, and ethical decision-making. The APN works collaboratively with the practice/hospital team to assess, plan, and implement care for individuals with health and safety needs.
Position will include a hybrid of inpatient and outpatient work, consisting of half a day in the hospital and half a day in the office.Coverage will be Monday through Friday, plus one weekend per month (12 times per year) for hospital rounds with a physician.
