Clinical Support & Patient Care

• Provide in-person patient care , including assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up.

• Conduct visits (triage, follow-ups, chronic condition support, patient education).

• Support patient access by managing urgent issues and communicating care plans clearly.
