Full-Time or Part-Time NP | Palliative Care | Media, PA Join a well-established organization dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate palliative care to adult patients in our community. We are looking for a dedicated Full Time or Part Time Nurse Practitioner (Advanced Practice Provider) to join our team in a role that offers true professional flexibility. In this role, the Nurse Practitioner will treat adult patients in their homes, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), and hospitals across Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware, and Chester counties. We are open: Monday Friday: 8am 5pm. No weekends. Requirements Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. Active (or eligible) Pennsylvania NP license.
