Nurse Manager - OR
Salary Range: $58.61 - $68.95 per hour

Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 with a 2-year commitment

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with starting times as early as 6:30 AM. The role requires flexibility to support the team as needed, with 24/7 accountability and ownership.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nurse Manager for our Operating Room (OR). This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of patient care and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the OR setting and will demonstrate strong leadership abilities.
Must hold or be eligible for an Illinois RN license. Candidates with RN licenses from other states may apply if they have worked as a nurse in the operating room.
