Ratios :-
Required Certifications BLS, ACLS, & NIHSS required. BSN & CCRN preferred
Common diagnoses/Types of patients Respiratory failure, sepsis, AMI, ARDS, GI bleed, renal failure (CRRT), CABG (fresh hearts by trained staff), TAVR, Impella, vascular surgeries, neuro surgeries, ischemic strokes (TNK & thrombectomies), SAH (EVDs/ICP monitoring)
Requirements:
• Clear and Direct Communication
o Communicates expectations, priorities, and decisions with clarity and consistency.
o Adjusts messaging appropriately for frontline staff, physicians, and executive stakeholders.
o Addresses performance issues and operational concerns promptly and professionally.
• Attention to Detail
• Strong Organizational Skills
