**Job Description**

The Nurse Education Manager – Trauma & Clinical Certifications is an advanced role responsible for the management, administration, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of educational activities, with a primary focus on overseeing trauma and emergency certification programs. This includes direct oversight of Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), and other certification-based courses (e.g., ENPC, ECMO, etc). The role encompasses orientation, staff development, competency assessments, and certification course coordination across the health system.

**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**

+ Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
+ Master's degree in Nursing or related Healthcare field with experience in Nursing Education and/or Nursing Leadership preferred; Master's in Nursing Education strongly preferred.
