Nurse Clinician (Calgary)

Your Opportunity

Reporting to the manager, the position will be a resource and leader for the Neuromodulation Department (ECT, RTMS, Ketamine). The incumbent will be responsible for clinical coordination of the team, providing patient and family centered care and ensuring the team operates efficiently. They will engage in staff development activities and foster an atmosphere conducive for learning and growth.

They will liaise and collaborate with both internal and external partnering services including psychiatrists, respiratory therapists, anesthesiologists, students and residents. The nurse clinician will ensure appropriate appointments are booked for all patients and follow up or delegate the follow-up with patients to other staff. They will also support staff with the ECT procedure, the rTMS and Ketamine.
