CATHOLIC CHARITIES OF BROOME COUNTY Nurse/Care Manager Level 2 – Flexible Assertive Community Treatment Team   Salary     $62,608-$76,107/yr.    (Exempt)  FLSA I.         QUALIFICATIONS   Education/Experience   NYS Registered Nurse License, BSN preferred Two years’ professional experience in Mental Health required Experience with dually diagnosed individuals preferred.   Skills   Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Ability to instruct staff and individuals in basic health care Ability to work with the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team Familiar with community agencies and resources.

Familiar with computer programs and Health Information Technology. (e.g.

Word, Excel, EHR) Ability to legally operate a vehicle in NYS The ability to climb stairs, bend, stoop, sit, stand, reach and lift items weighting up to 40 lbs.
