Floater Caregiver Job Description The Floater Caregiver implements individualized client care plans. They advocate patient welfare and serve as a liaison between clients and their assigned care manager. The Floater Caregiver interacts with Staffing Manager, Staffing Coordinators and Care Managers regarding assigned clients, unassigned clients, and their schedules. Floater Caregiver Job Duties and Job Requirements Hours: * Available on-call 6 days a week * 40 hours paid guaranteed * Overtime pay = 1.5 times for hours worked with clients over 40 hours. Travel time is not calculated in overtime pay. Pay and Benefits: * The Floater Caregiver is paid weekly * 40 hours per week guaranteed; in the event there isn’t a client shift scheduled, Floater may be asked to report to the office and receive instructions from the Staffing Manager on activity for the day. * Cover last minute call outs for in-home care and staffing shifts in facilities * Company car, fuel reimbursement or Auto Allowance o...
