Job Description

Position Description: 
Education and support of patients with chronic diseases, for the correct administration of medication within the framework of patient support programs 
Registration and organization of all data 
Adherence to health protocols and compliance with the policy of the Health Professionals Network and company procedures 
Communication with colleagues to take over the incidents 
Qualifications required: 
University / TEI degree in Nursing 
License to practice 
Previous experience in a similar position
