Overview
Your Opportunity: The Nuclear Medicine Technologist I is responsible for providing the highest quality service to the clients of Diagnostic Imaging. The Nuclear Medicine Technologist I will perform imaging and non-imaging Nuclear Medicine studies using a variety of specialized equipment and procedures under the direction of a Radiologist. This is done in an effective, efficient and safe manner. As a member of the Diagnostic Imaging Team, this position is responsible for working all shifts assigned. The incumbent will participate in student teaching. This position may qualify for a recruitment incentive of up to $13,000 over 12 months. For full details, visit rcif-hsaa.ca.
As described below, this role includes performing Nuclear Medicine procedures and working with equipment such as gamma cameras, computers, ECG monitors, cardiac stress equipment, and radiation safety devices.
